As an owner, you may decide you do not want to be personally involved in the day-to-day of creating or managing your project. In this case, we will do it for you. We will create budgets, find the right architect, interior designers, craftsmen, tradesmen, and contractors. We then manage them as if we were the owners.

SDA will remove the stress from your project. We monitor your concerns, the day-to-day architectural and interior design decisions, product selections and owner-in-proxy. There are extensive daily briefings with the owner to discuss the progress of the project. We can take over payments for all trades for the project.
